BOOK REVIEW: ROUND AND ROUND THE CROCHET HOOK

I’m really excited to share this book review, “Round and Round the Crochet Hook” – by

Emily Littlefair

, published by

Tuva Publishing

.  Inside you will find great patterns to inspire you, all of which are made in a round. I really love working in the round, so I immediately felt connected to the patterns inside!

Emily is a talented crocheter with an eye for beautiful colour combinations. Her book is one of my favorite titles this year. There are 19 designs to choose from; you can find a great selection of designs ranging from quick makes that can be made in an afternoon such as the coasters or mandalas or to larger projects such as a floor rug or blanket (

Winnie's Wonderland

is a must try).

I chose her Flower Petals Cushion and it was one of my favorite makes ever! I went with an anthracite colored yarn I had in my stash and a 6mm hook and the result is absolutely stunning! I really love the contrast it creates against the white pillow form! All designs are also accompanied by well written instructions and charts, and each project is beautifully styled and photographed with several shots showing the item from differnt angles!

It really is a great book! You can have a sneak peek at more of the lovely projects inside the book or order yourself a copy of Round and Round The Crochet Hook over at

Amazon

!

Well that’s it for me today, now I hand you over to the lovely Sandra of

MoebiusGirl Design

for her review tomorrow.

Enjoy the rest of your day!
