SIMPLY CROCHET 39 - HOOK TO HOOK CHALLENGE
When I was contacted by
to participate in their hook to hook challenge I was head over heels! If you haven't already seen the hook to hook challenge, it is a designer contest between two participants who are given a specific kind of yarn to work their projects!
I and fellow crocheter
(
on IG) were both given five shades of Designer Yarns Noro Silk Garden Solo yarn and challenged to design some wall art.
I used the five shades to whip up a hanging mandala hoop; inspired by the earthy tones of the gorgeous yarn a calming summery mandala seemed only appropriate to make!
Kate decided to go with a fantastic summery garland!
