5 PHOTO APPS WORTH DOWNLOADING
Recently I got a lot of comments asking about my favorite apps to edit my photos! I use my phone for so much whether it's for Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest or just keeping up to date! So below I share my all time favorite photo apps that are definitely worth downloading!1. Snapseed
Snapseed is a great photo editing app as it really lets you closely control the adjustments made to your photo. It is really easy to use as it includes all basic editing techniques but at the same time offers many advanced tools and some cool filters (HDR & Drama) that can really make your photos pop! I always start all my photo edits with this app! If you haven't tried it yet I highly recommend you do!
2. VscoCam
Another popular and my favorite app! Vsco Cam also functions as a camera app and includes a rich collection of filters making fun to use! The app offers all the necessary and basic editing tools but the interesting part are the filters mostly emulating analog films; most are free and additional bundles can be downloaded from withing the app (some free some paid).
3. Afterlight
Afterlight is a really complete photo app! It also works as a camera app and apart from offering basic techniques like adjusting the brightness, contrast etc. of a photo it also includes an array of great filters, Original, Guest, and Seasons. It also includes a library of film effects that can be applied over all edits and filters for an additional boost. I also like the silhouette and typeface frames the app offers; really fun and playful to incorporate in a photo!
4. Pixlr
Pixlr is a fun photo editor that lets you crop, rotate, and fine-tune any photo! I love the fact that apart from the basic edits it offers it also includes a Healing tool (important for correcting or deleting some details of your photo - my favorite) and also has lots of filters, overlays and stylizing options for photos!
5. Instagram
Apart for using the app for posting and sharing photos it also offers some photo editing techniques.
I always like to fine tune the photo before the final upload so I use its built in editor to add that final touch and make any last minute changes (I really like Structure and I always add it to my photos before posting). The filters are not my favorite ones to use but sometimes I go through them just in case!
