Amigurumi Rudolph Christmas Pattern
Christmas is almost here! This year I decided to make a little Rudolph amigurumi; you can hang it on your tree, use it as a decoration or use it as a gift topper!:) I really loved making this cute little fella, the pattern is really easy and you will have a bunch of these ready in no time! I used scraps of worsted weight yarn and a 3.5 mm hook.
Materials:
• Small amounts of worsted weight yarn
• E/4 3.50mm crochet hook
• 6mm safety eyes
• Fiberfill stuffing
PATTERN
Head:
With light brown
Ch 2 and work 6 sc in 2nd ch from hook (6 sts)
Rnd 1: *inc* (12 sts)
Rnd 2: *sc, inc* (18 sts)
Rnd 3: *2sc, inc* (24 sts)
Rnds 4-8: *sc around* (24 sts)
Rnd 9: *2sc, dec* (18)
You can go ahead and place the eyes now. Also start stuffing the head, firmly, and continue stuffing until you finish off.
Rnd 10: *sc, dec* (12 sts)
Rnd 11: *dec* (6)
Do not fasten off, continue working the body.
Rnd 12:*sc* (6 sts)
Rnd 13 : *inc* (12 sts)
Rnd 14:*sc, inc* (18 sts)
Rnds 15-16: *sc* (18 sts)
Rnd 17: *sc, dec* (12 sts)
Rnd 18: *dec* (6)
Fasten off.
Legs/ Feet (make 2)
With light brown
Leaving a long tail, ch 4 work 3hdc in the 3rd ch from hook and work 1 sl st in the last chain. Fasten off and sew to lower part of body.
Nose
With white
Ch 2 and work 6 sc in 2nd ch from hook (6 sts)
Nose (red)
With red
Ch 2 and work 3sc in 2nd ch from hook (3 sts)
Antler
With dark brown
Ch 2 and work 6 sc in 2nd ch from hook (6 sts)
Rnds1-11: *sc* (6 sts)
Fasten off.
Now make a second piece just like the first but stop after 5 rounds.
Sew it on the bigger part and sew antler on top of head.
Scarf
With color of your choice
Ch 25, work 1 hdc in 2nd ch from hook and in each ch across.
Fasten off.
